Anthony heads the Power & Utilities team within EY’s Economic Advisory practice and is a specialist in economic regulation, government policy and market design for the electricity, gas and water sectors. With a broad range of experience in the UK and internationally, Anthony’s clients include numerous energy utilities, water companies, industry bodies, economic regulators and infrastructure investors.

He is a trusted advisor to corporates, regulators and investors on the design of markets and regulation for the power and utilities sector in the UK, Ireland and internationally.

Passionate about the energy sector, he has published a wide range of articles and reports on regulatory and market issues in the power and utilities sectors.

Anthony holds degrees in Economics, Finance and Law.
