Anton leads the Private Client Services Group and has worked at EY’s Moscow office for more than 20 years.
His expertise spans Russian and US personal income tax, as well as social taxes; migration, pension and labor law; tax planning; and personal income tax returns. He has extensive knowledge of international law gained from work on projects in EY's Moscow and London offices.
Anton deals with complex issues related to taxing individuals across different jurisdictions, structuring private holding vehicles (companies, trusts, funds, etc.), and structuring asset ownership. He has experience managing complex tax projects in the United States, including for various types of companies, such as foundations, trusts, passive companies, controlled corporations, and partnerships.
Anton earned an honors degree in Finance from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and is a CPA.
