Ekaterina has 19 years of experience across people aspects, with a focus on developing recognition and reward systems and an inclusive range of people management policies. She leads the annual compensation and benefits survey project and has extensive experience in tax consultancy.
She has an MA in Economics from the University of Iowa, USA, and a degree in Economics & Econometrics in addition to a degree in Economic Cybernetics.
