EY’s dedicated Nordic Renewable energy Corporate Finance team has acted as exclusive financial advisor in the divestment of Havsnäs 93.4 MW wind farm, located in Jämtland, Sweden (SE2) to FuGen.

FuGen, is a Swiss based independent power producer (“IPP”) focused on the development and ownership of energy producing sites from wind, solar, battery storage and e-fuels (Hydrogen based) projects across the Nordics and the UK.

EY provided sell-side M&A advisory services to the seller in a highly competitive divestment process. In addition, EY also provided tax and structuring advise to the seller as well as financial vendor assist services.

Summary
