Henrik is Assurance Partner in EY Denmark, a member of the EY Nordic Assurance Leadership and Market Leader of Nordic Consumer Industry Market.
He also has significant experience in CSR and ESG as well as extensive expertise within corporate governance, internal controls, shared service centers and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Henrik has a CMA in Economics and Accounting from Aalborg University, he is a state authorized public account and executive leadership education from Harvard Business School in the US and Insead in France.
He is a member of the Danish Auditors Association (FSR – Danish Auditors), a member of DI's Udvalg for Selskabsret, a former board member of The Confederation of Danish Enterprise and an assessor at the Maritime and Commercial High Court.
