Kelly leads the Customer team in Asia-Pacific with over 500 consultants and a strong focus on digital strategy and transformation, customer experience, product and service design and customer growth.
Prior to joining EY in 2015, she was the Chief Digital Officer at a media company, where she led the digital business, driving profitable growth of a portfolio of digital marketing and media products to help deliver outstanding ROI for small and medium business customers.
Having launched a retail online shop in Australia, Kelly was also a start-up innovator. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MS in environmental engineering from the University of Virginia and an AB in applied mathematics and engineering from Harvard University.
