He is responsible for developing deal origination M&A capabilities across the region and deepening relationships with private equity and financial sponsors.
Experienced in corporate and investment banking, Kah Loon has assisted clients in many notable M&A and equity capital market transactions.
Kah Loon is a Barrister of England and Wales, member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple, and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser of Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore.
He holds an MBA from London Business School and an LLB (Hons) from King’s College London.
