The EY Singapore Transparency Report 2020 communicates how we address our public interest responsibilities to stakeholders.

To that end, we value regular dialogue, and the transparency report of Ernst & Young LLP (EY Singapore) is a way for us to communicate with stakeholders on what we are doing in each of these areas: our infrastructure supporting quality; our internal quality control system; our client acceptance and continuance processes; how we instill professional values; how we perform our audit, review and consultation processes; our approach to audit quality reviews; and our independence practices.

The EY Singapore Transparency Report 2020 complies with the European Union’s 8th Company Law Directive, which requires Singapore statutory auditors of public interest entities to publish annual transparency reports. It covers the EY fiscal year ended 30 June 2020.
