THE CHANGES AND AMENDMENDS OF PERSONAL INCOME TAX ACT ARE IN FORCE AS OF TODAY, March 22, 2022
Yesterday, an amendment to the Personal Income Tax Act was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia and comes into force with the next day, i.e. 22 March 2022.
The amendment to the Personal Income Tax Act will be in use for tax years starting from 1 January 2022 onwards.

Also published in yesterday’s Official Gazette was The Financial Administration Act, which enters into force on the 15th day after its publication in the Official Gazette, i.e. on 5 April 2022. The novelties brought by this law are also summarized in our previous Tax Alert at the link above.
