Richard leads the EY Global Claims & Disputes service. He is an Ernst & Young LLP London-based partner, working extensively on international matters.
He has worked in the forensic accounting and disputes arena for over 25 years. Richard provides expert accounting advice and witness evidence on complex accounting and valuation issues and the measurement of quantum in the context of litigation, international arbitration and investment treaty disputes.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Richard gained experience in banking, insurance loss adjusting and insurance claims management before focusing on forensic accounting and expert witness work.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and a CEDR-accredited mediator.
