As Global Private Equity Leader, Bill serves private equity (PE) clients throughout their investment cycle with a focus on ESG and digital.

Bill previously served as EY Americas PE Leader, where he focused on the acquisition, integration and growth of EY-Parthenon and Bulger Partners, both of which transformed EY teams’ capabilities in strategy and integrated diligence. In addition, he created a PE presence in and ecosystem around the EY Strategic Growth Forum®.  

Having led more than 500 transactions with valuations ranging from US$25m to US$6b, Bill has deep knowledge across industries such as software, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, chemicals and financial services.

Seasoned in cross-border transactions, Bill’s work has spanned projects in M&A, corporate finance, due diligence, portfolio performance analysis and transaction support in North America, Europe and Asia.

Bill earned his MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and his BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
