EY Ukraine advised Miratech on attraction of growth equity investment from Horizon Capital

13 MAY 2021. EY Ukraine advised Miratech, a next-generation digital engineering and consulting services company, in connection with a minority stake equity investment from Horizon Capital, U.S.-domiciled leading private equity firm in Emerging Europe.

EY's Ukraine multidisciplinary team acted as an advisor to Miratech. Specifically, EY conducted legal, tax and financial vendor due diligence of the target companies, participated in negotiations and preparation of transaction documents, and provided deal signing and closing support.

EY project team was led by Borys Lobovyk, Partner, Law Leader at EY Ukraine. The financial part was managed by Larysa Marchenko, Partner, Transaction Advisory Services. Tax team was led by Vladimir Kotenko, Partner, Tax & Law Leader at EY Ukraine. Key project team also included Bogdan Malniev, Associate Partner, and Yurii Kovalenko, Associate.
