Konstantinos works primarily with Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. He has deep experience in corporate strategy and focuses on engagements spanning commercial due diligence, growth and market entry.
Konstantinos has also worked with some of the leading energy companies in the world. His experience covers corporate strategy, investment evaluation, product structuring, derivative valuation, risk management and market and regulatory analysis. He has worked across all key energy commodity and shipping markets, including natural gas, power, oil and coal.
Before joining EY, Konstantinos worked for global strategy consulting firms and in industry, specifically in corporate strategy at a leading energy company and as the CFO and Head of Strategy for an AI SaaS startup.
Konstantinos holds a BA and MEng in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College, Cambridge University, and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.
