    How’s it structured?

After a full EY induction, you’ll meet your team and start learning about the technology we use to test controls and analyse data. Along the way, you’ll shadow senior colleagues and be supported by your own personal counsellor who’ll help guide your growth. This kind of exposure, will open up many more opportunities within EY and beyond.

It’s a lot of learning, but you’ll have plenty of support from your team, mentors and a career coach too. Before you know it, you’ll be creating reports and presenting your findings to clients and by the end of the programme, be ready to lead your own teams and projects.

At the end of the year, if you’re great at your job, you could be asked to join one of our graduate programmes once you’ve finished university.
