    Entry requirements

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You must however be in Year 12/5th year, completing three A levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) and have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.

You must also live within a one hour commuting distance of the office location you're applying to, and have strong motivations for exploring alternatives to university.

    How’s it structured?

Over the course of one-week you’ll learn fast and support with real client work. That means you’ll be a valued part of a team of leading global professionals, helping to make a difference to our clients and their businesses. Not long ago, our apprentices were weighing up their options and you'll hear their insights and experiences of working at EY. Working alongside school leavers completing the EY Business Apprenticeship will help you decide whether you’re ready to follow the same route.

    Preparation for EY Business Apprenticeship

The Business Academy is a great way to work out whether the EY Business Apprenticeship is right for you. We expect that most of the students taking part in the Business Academy will secure a place on the 2022 EY Business Apprenticeship. If you’re one of them, not only will you set your career off to a brilliant start, you’ll take a lot of pressure off your final year at school and will have already met members of your future team here at EY.
