In 2008, Neil founded Systal, taking a different approach to the typical contract-based model and offshore workforce that is so common in the IT industry. Priority has been on targeting a return on people rather than return on equity, investing in apprentices and graduate trainees, as well as ongoing professional development. Neil aims to empower employees to fulfil their creativity as Systal expands.
