As the Global Change Lead, Gilly focuses on global operating model efficiencies and workforce planning to create long-term, lasting value for EY’s clients, people and the communities.
With over 20 years of management consulting experience, Gilly has held a range of roles focusing on people and organisation transformation, change management, HR and talent.
Previously, Gilly was the regional UK&I People Advisory Services Lead for the 900-strong team of professionals.
Prior to EY, Gilly was a partner for another professional services firm where she worked as Global Client Account Lead and led the firm’s UK&I Human Capital Management Business Service.
