Change leader and consultant. Advisor to C-suite clients and experienced in corporate culture. Business author, wife and mum. Enjoys travel, art, cooking, sea and mountains.

Jan helps in-house counsel to lead complex change programmes. Prior to joining EY, Jan worked as an independent consultant and adviser to C-suite executives. Her interest in the legal sector was ignited by her work with several law firms and the legal function of a top 10 FTSE100 organisation. Her early consulting career began at another professional services firm, where she subsequently progressed to a role on the firm’s international leadership team. She is the author of a book on organisational culture and has published numerous articles in business and legal journals. She has lived and worked abroad and is fluent in German.

Jan has an MBA from Henley Business School, an MSc in Atomic Physics that she completed as a German Academic Exchange Service scholar at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, and a first-class honours BSc in Mathematics from Queen’s University, Belfast.
