An experienced leader within the food and agriculture industry, Lauren is the EY-Parthenon Americas Food and Agriculture  Leader.

She supports clients with a full range of services and solutions across the strategy, transaction and business transformation lifecycle helping clients navigate a rapidly changing food and agriculture industry.

Lauren’s areas of focus include corporate and growth strategy development; operating model design; large-scale transaction support, including diligence and integration planning; and business transformation orchestration encompassing complex, multidisciplinary teams and business objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served the agriculture industry through a combination of consulting and industry roles.

Lauren received an MBA and a BS in Microbiology from Clemson University.
