Loree leads the EY UK’s Regulatory & Public Policy team and is responsible for addressing key policy matters within capital markets and the audit profession. She actively engages with regulators, policymakers, institutional investors and other stakeholders on key public policy issues such as, long-term value, ethics & culture, stewardship, corporate governance and reporting.
Loree is the Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) Ethics Board and is a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE).
Loree completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in Sydney, Australia where she majored in international business. She continued her post graduate work at Columbia Business School in New York City.

Loree’s long-standing focus on investor activity and championing of a more equal balance between the interests of shareholders and broader stakeholders, have helped position her as one of EY’s foremost specialists in investor stewardship and frameworks for measuring long-term value creation.
Loree was also recently recognised by the EY UK Race and Ethnicity Network (REN) for her commitment to championing racial equality, Loree was awarded the Senior Ally Award.
