As the Chief Operating Officer for EY UK&I, Lynn has day-to-day responsibility for running and managing a business with more than £1bn of revenues and about 15,000 people. Lynn has spent her entire career in professional services. She has been a partner at EY since 2001 and was appointed to the leadership team as Deputy Chief Operating Officer in 2012.
In January 2015, Lynn was announced as Chief Operating Officer, whilst working flexibly; four days a week.
Lynn has had an extensive and diverse range of client experiences throughout her career. Having worked with several FTSE 100 companies and private equity houses, specialising in the delivery of corporate finance services.
