How Nicola is building a better working world
“Every day I feel I contribute a little to our organisation’s commitment to building a better working world. Whether it’s recruiting the next generation of leaders onto our graduate and apprenticeships programmes, supporting a business with its growth strategy or developing a people strategy that will propel businesses into the future world of work.
As a working mum, I take responsibility for role-modelling and promoting work-life balance and gender parity in the workplace.
Outside of work, I am also working towards a qualification in yoga teaching and shortly due to join the board of a local charity in Edinburgh – supporting vulnerable adults in the community.”
