Roselyn is Partner, Employment Law, Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats. She works with clients to design and implement their global strategies from an HR perspective.

With over 35 years of experience, Roselyn focuses on transformations, transactions, restructuring and managing day-to-day client needs, such as works councils and union matters, harassment, discrimination and litigation. She began her career as a lawyer in the United States before moving to France and focusing exclusively on international labor and employment law matters for multinational clients.

Roselyn earned a JD in Law from the University of Miami School of Law and an LLM in French Labor & Employment Law from the University of Paris School of Law.
