As a Partner in EY’s People Advisory Services team, Sarah works with clients to harness their people agenda to build better businesses through transformational change. She is focused on helping organisations deliver competitive advantage through effective use of talent deployment and mobility and the changing role of HR.
Sarah has worked in mobility throughout her career, specialising in assisting companies with complexities associated with the deployment of their workforce. Her clients come from a variety of industry sectors and have ranged from large global multinationals to start-ups.
