How Shinichiro is building a better working world

I have helped shape the IPO market in Japan by training EY member firm’s colleagues to be IPO professionals and by providing high-quality service to clients. Today, I head one of the leading teams of IPO advisers in Japan.

In 2012, I set up the Growing Enterprise Support Center, which helps CEOs, CFOs and shareholders accelerate the growth of their companies.
