Thom is the EY Americas Insurance Solution Leader. Prior to EY, Thom spent his career as an industry executive transforming distribution, product management, underwriting, policy processing, customer interaction and claims operations.
Thom serves as a board member of Achieve Hartford. He holds a BA from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
