For EY, Steve Varley is our CEO equivalent. As a partnership, EY is not required to do this under the executive pay transparency measures announced by the UK Government in January 2019.
Why have we published our data, despite not be required to do so?
The decision to publish this data is in line with EY’s commitment to maintain a fair, equitable and transparent approach to pay. It is important to hold ourselves to account.
We want all our people to access to and understand this data as part of helping them to make informed choices about their career and have greater ability to pursue becoming a Partner if that is what they aspire to.
