EY announces its CEO Pay Ratios
Pay ratios indicate what the ‘CEO’ earns in comparison to workers at different levels within their organisation.
For EY, Hywel Ball is our CEO equivalent. As a partnership, EY is not required to do this under the executive pay transparency measures announced by the UK Government in January 2019.
Why have we published our data, despite not be required to do so?
The decision to publish this data is in line with EY’s commitment to maintain a fair, equitable and transparent approach to pay. It is important to hold ourselves to account.
