EY Community Impact provides an immersive volunteer experience that delivers EY services to entities that otherwise could not afford them.

Through EY Community Impact, EY employees deliver EY services using their knowledge, skills and experience to Ripples-aligned entities that otherwise could not afford them, like nonprofits, in the communities where they live and work.

For a period of 4–12 weeks, EY Community Impact residents are embedded full-time in the organizations where they serve, working on specifically outlined stretch assignments that develop EY leadership skills.
