Our people strengthen communities and build their skills by investing time in causes that matter.

A

t EY, we are serious about working to build a better working world.

Our people help improve communities and build their skills by investing their time and energy in local causes that matter.  For example, in the Americas, EY professionals have mentored 1,800+ underserved students through EY College MAP, contributed 22,300+ hours to help local entrepreneurs and support environmental sustainability through EY Earthwatch, and provided $19 million worth of services to impact entrepreneurs, to name just a few.

When our employees participate in volunteerism in their communities, they are not only helping those they are directly working with, they are also building their own business and team building skills while improving their level of engagement with their colleagues and EY.

Watch the video above to hear directly from our people about how they are giving back.

Summary

EY professionals are building a better working world through volunteer activities that strengthen our communities while strengthening our business. Their stories inspire us all.
