Ernst & Young US LLP provides technology-based training, including instructor-led training for technology, for eligible Department of Information (DIR) Customers.

Service Offerings

Ernst & Young US LLP offers Technology-based Training (TBT) and Instructor-led Training for Technology, including:

Standard TBT Services (Annual Subscription and Single Course)

These services include access to a comprehensive course catalog over the internet via multiple industry standard web browsers in all currently supported versions, including but not limited to, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Services are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (excepting scheduled downtime), and within a completely secured and hosted learning environment. The learning environment also provides reporting and administration functions.

Customized TBT Testing and Training

These services are provided to DIR Customers and their end users through an internet website accessible via multiple industry standard web browsers. In addition to internet delivery, other platforms and media may also be available. This offering provides tailored solutions to meet Customer-defined training and testing needs.

Instructor-Led Training for Technology

These services provide instructor-led training to DIR Customers regarding a variety of technology topics that can be used in conjunction with the Customized TBT Testing and Training services to meet the unique needs of a project or an organization.

Contract Information

WARRANTY

Customers may provide written notice to Ernst & Young U.S. LLP of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in products or services provided by Ernst & Young U.S. LLP under a Purchase Order within thirty (30) calendar days or receipt of an invoice for such products or services. Ernst & Young U.S. LLP shall correct such error, inaccuracy, or other deficiency attributable to Ernst & Young U.S. LLP for failure to perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner at no additional cost to the Customer.

  2. Receive a quote for the training services that meets your needs.
  3. Generate a Purchase Order made payable to Ernst & Young US LLP, and you must reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5068 on your Purchase Order.
  4. Email or fax your Purchase Order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.

This contract is not for professional or consulting services as defined in Texas Government Code Chapter 2254.
