Kendall O’Brien is Vice President, Finance and CFO for the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer at Johnson & Johnson. She sits on the Research & Development Management Committee (RDMC) and Johnson & Johnson’s Financial Leadership Team.
As part of the RDMC, Kendall provides financial leadership for Johnson & Johnson’s innovation agenda, including J&J’s Global Public Health. Kendall also leads a global dynamic team focused on acquisitions and divestitures operations that has successfully executed more than 20 acquisitions and 10 divestitures over the past four years.
During Kendall’s 30-year tenure, she has been equally passionate about both her profession and people. She has held several senior positions across the company’s enterprise business and functional sectors, and she is a lifelong advocate for global talent development and diversity and inclusion, sponsoring or chairing several employee resource groups.
Kendall earned her bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance at Lehigh University. She serves on the Task Force for Talent Innovation and is a member of the Lehigh College of Business & Economics Dean’s Advisory Council.
