Acquisition expands EY US people capabilities and accelerates growth in the West
Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has further enhanced and expanded its capabilities in the People Advisory Services (PAS) business with the acquisition of the strategic people consultancy firm, PeopleFirm.
PeopleFirm is a leader in delivering workforce and organization strategy, performance management, diversity and inclusion, leadership and culture work. It is well-regarded for its leading-class track record of providing in-depth and customized client transformation services that address strategy, culture, structure, people, leadership and change.
With offices in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon, the acquisition of PeopleFirm accelerates EY US’ expansion of its PAS business in the West. Now, with more than 2,700 professionals across the EY Americas area, the EY PAS business offers clients end-to-end options for their people agenda, including workforce and organization strategy, M&A, HR transformation and technology, reward and performance, culture and change management, employee experience and integrated mobile talent.
