Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) congratulates Dr. Gordon J. Vanscoy, Chairman and CEO of RareMed Solutions and Founder and Executive Advisor of PANTHERx Rare, as he prepares to represent the United States in the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2021 competition in June. The 2021 event, traditionally held in Monte Carlo, Monaco, will be held virtually.

A seasoned leader in the health care industry with more than three decades of experience creating and developing medical and pharmaceutical businesses, Dr. Vanscoy was concurrently the top executive at two rapidly growing startups in the rare disease industry. He currently leads RareMed Solutions, LLC, a rare and devastating disorder service provider. He founded and continues as Executive Advisor to PANTHERx Rare, the nation’s only pure rare disease and orphan drug-focused pharmacy, serving the needs of patients, biopharma partners, payers and prescribers, where he formerly served as Chairman and CEO.

Dr. Vanscoy will be competing for the single award of EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year alongside entrepreneurs from nearly 40 countries.
