Aaron is a Principal in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group with a focus on operational strategy and execution in the Financial Services sector. Presently, he leads EY’s FSO Operational Transaction Services practice nationally.
Maintaining a broad base of transaction experience in the financial services sector, Aaron has advised leaders in the banking and capital markets, asset management, insurance, and real estate industries; as well as across various financial technologies specific to each sector.
His deal experience spans across the transaction lifecycle and multiple deal types, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures (e.g., carve-outs, tax-free spins), joint ventures, and new entity stand-ups.
Aaron has also served as a strategic advisor for Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the development and execution of various transformational initiatives (global and domestic).
He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from Texas A&M University.
