Andrea is an executive HHS resource, currently leading the US activation of EY’s Vulnerable Person Platform. The program leverages integrated data to identify individuals at risk and create effective service delivery models to better serve their needs. Working with EY’s global team, they continue to refine the solution to address multiple social contexts, adapting to focus on child wellbeing, suicide prevention, education and literacy rates, mental health and wellness, and other timely issues. Andrea’s extensive knowledge and experience is key in deployment of the first US VPP pilot project and brings together executives from the county client with associated state HHS leaders.
She is a subject matter resource to federal, state and local clients regarding identification and support for vulnerable populations. For more than 28 years, Andrea has led program and technology strategy development across state and local government agencies, as well as private sector technology and service firms.
