Prior to joining EY in 2015, Fay cut her teeth in the Oil & Gas industry. Immediately after graduate school, Fay spent 10 years with a leading energy company. Operational assignments across the integrated business formed the foundation for how she thinks about and connects value chains and eco-systems to create transformational value.
Fay parlayed this operational experience into a successful global consulting career. Over the past decade, her work has focused on helping energy clients critically assess and translate industry trends into differentiated strategies that are globally scalable and capitalize on the ever-changing economic, political and technology landscape.
