Genevieve has spent over 13 years overseeing real estate transactions and assets valued at over $6 billion, including activities such as planning, entitlements, design, construction and disposition. In addition, she has more than 10 years’ experience as a strategy and operations consultant performing process re-engineering, developing business cases, creating financial models and managing organizational change.

Currently at Ernst & Young LLP, Genevieve leads a real estate practice focused on servicing local, state and federal governments and education clients. She supports leaders in making more informed decisions about their real estate portfolios, including strategies to reduce costs, create operational efficiencies and monetize assets. 

Genevieve received her MBA in Economics, Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago, and her BA in International Relations from the College of William and Mary.
