Gerald has advised clients on more than 120 strategy innovation, customer experience and operation projects.

He has 22 years of experience as a management consultant after completing a private equity investor career of six years.

As a seasoned growth and innovation professional, Gerald develops new client accounts and leads high-potential diverse teams. He delivers numerous projects encompassing innovation for growth, strategic options for growth, business model innovation, customer experience transformation and operating model programs.

He earned an MBA in Strategy and Finance from IAE France – Écoles Universitaires de Management.

How Gerald is building a better working world

A serial intrapreneur, Gerald has launched and supported a number of cross-border initiatives across Asia-Pacific, including the EY Asian Century Growth Challenge with sponsor universities and The China Australia Millennials Program. He is also involved in shaping the Macquarie Park Innovation District connecting Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong with a focus on health care and digital.

One of his proudest moments has been when a client won a national good design award for business model disruption in the aged care sector and putting the human element back at the center of focus.
