Iddo helps companies across the technology sector grow profitably by accelerating product and market innovation.

He has 30 years of professional and advisory experience, spanning a range of strategic and operational issues. These include corporate strategy, transaction planning and management, product portfolio, go-to-market, operations and restructuring across the tech sector, including software, content, semiconductors, hardware and services.

As an M&A transaction integration advisor, he works with major technology companies to rapidly implement complex deals, helping them capture return on their investments.

Prior to joining EY, Iddo held a series of executive positions in Silicon Valley, including product management, head of corporate strategy and development, chief technology officer, chief marketing officer and interim CEO leading the turnaround of a digital media publishing start-up.

Iddo is on the faculty of Stanford University, teaching valuation and business modeling/ analytics. He holds a Stanford MBA and majored in economics and data sciences.
