Jill serves as the EY Americas Tax and Finance Operate Leader where she helps companies across all sectors evaluate their current operating models to help them withstand mounting resource, cost and risk pressures.
In this role, she works with C-suite and tax leadership to reimagine a tax and finance function based on a company’s unique drivers and risks, ensuring it is positioned properly for future needs.
Previously, Jill served as a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s International Tax Services practice for the Central Region. She also served as the Central Region tax leader of the Consumer Products & Retail sector.
Jill has more than 24 years of experience serving companies in the Fortune 500, leveraging her technical skills in international tax, federal tax, post-merger integration and reorganizations.
Jill received her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
