Areas of focus

John is a Principal in the Consulting practice focused on business strategy & enterprise operating model. He leads EY’s Enterprise Operating Model offering globally. Prior to joining EY, John led the North America Transformation Strategy practice for another large global consulting firm, and was the Global Lead for their Business & Operating Model Strategy offering. Over the last ~18 years John architected numerous enterprise transformations (e.g., new business enablement, restructuring for growth, migrating from products to solutions, strategic cost reduction, etc.) at Fortune 500 companies.

John has an MBA from Emory (Goizueta) University where he graduated with honors. John studied Business and Psychology receiving his BA/BS from Skidmore College, where he also graduated with numerous honors.

John has served on the boards of select non-profits and charter schools over the years, with a strong desire to engage and give back to the communities in which he lives.
