Kevin is a principal in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP with over 20 years of experience advising the C-suites of globally recognized organizations. He has extensive experience in human capital and workforce consulting, including workforce engagement, talent improvement , analytics, organizational assessments and business process improvement.
Kevin has helped clients redesign their talent and culture models to allow for greater customer-centricity, as well as drive strategic changes to hiring models and more effective performance manageme.
Before joining the EY organization, Kevin served as Managing Partner for a major analytics and advisory company, overseeing its entire client-facing staff, and was responsible for all client outcomes in the Eastern US and Mexico
Kevin has a BA in Economics from Loyola University of Maryland.
