Kristen Gold is a Manager on the Americas Corporate Responsibility (CR) team at EY. She works on enabling our people to use their skills to support impact entrepreneurs, works with market-facing and sector teams to deepen client relationships through CR, and is in the nascent stages of exploring what “responsible business” means at EY.
For the past seven years at EY, Kristen has created, overseen and worked on a variety of programs, such as our suite of CR Sabbaticals, which provide immersive volunteer experiences for our people. She also liaised with other internal Talent functions to embed CR into our people's EY experiences and into large firm events.
Prior to joining EY, Kristen held a variety of roles in marketing, business development, advertising and public relations.
Kristen has a degree in Business and Marketing from Northeastern University, and a certificate in Environmental Sustainability and Conservation from Columbia University.
