How Lynn is building a better working world

“My goal is to help public and private sector clients understand the importance of employee financial wellness programs as part of an overall wellbeing strategy. There is clear research that financial stress can be detrimental to productivity and business overall. While we can’t completely eliminate the financial stressors employees deal with every day, through holistic, unbiased financial education and guidance, we can give them the tools they need to make decisions and take action to improve their financial future.”
