How Muir is building a better working world
“I believe analytics is a force for good. One of the things I’m proudest of is that we have helped thousands of women and under-represented minorities to be paid fairly. We’ve done it by using analytics to improve the transparency and rigor of compensation decisions for everyone in the organization. We are lifting the lid on how people and organizations really work. These kinds of changes aren’t easy, but to capture the value of their investments in analytics, companies can’t simply bolt new technologies onto old ways of doing things. They have to fundamentally reinvent their business processes.”
