How Richard is building a better working world

“I am helping my clients reinvent themselves via digital transformations to become smart, connected businesses. I work with my clients to navigate and take stock of the rapidly evolving Consumer Products environment. For any incumbent, it is imperative that they take the time to rethink their consumer, their organization and their employees — present and future.

“I help my clients better understand the current environment and their organization’s place in it, and work with them to act with foresight and proceed effectively.

“Outside of my role at EY, I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, and I was formerly a member of the Pat Tillman Foundation Advisory Board.”
