As a senior client service executive with the Valuation, Modeling and Economics (VME) services team, Steven performs valuations of companies and consults on valuations performed by other professionals. He leads engagements related to the valuation of business enterprises, equity and debt interests, and various intangible assets and intellectual property associated with businesses. Types of engagements include portfolio valuations, business combinations, goodwill impairment, strategic and tax planning, transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations), litigation and arbitration.
Before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2022, Steven was an Associate Partner at EY Bermuda Ltd. where he led the VME practice which he established in 2017.Steven received a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and real estate, and a master’s degree in taxation, from Baylor University.
