As Americas Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) Deputy and Business Tax Compliance Leader, Tiffani seeks to solve compliance and reporting challenges of clients through enabling people, process, and technologies.

Tiffani has over 25 years at EY serving and listening intently to her clients of all sizes regarding their tax compliance, tax accounting and tax advisory needs. She now works to bring together talented tax, business, and technology professionals to drive innovation and advancements in delivering efficient and integrated tax compliance and reporting services.

Prior to her current role, Tiffani spent five years in London in the EY EMEIA GCR Centre of Excellence designing and implementing outsourcing solutions. She led a client transition of GCR services for over 70 countries, utilizing an innovative delivery model that leveraged heavily on standardization and centralization of GCR services by both on-shore and off-shore teams to align with the client’s finance transformation agenda. 

Tiffani is a CPA in the US and member of the AICPA.
