How Tom is building a better working world

“By fostering a spirit of continuous innovation in our people — encouraging them to be curious, and to ask better questions — I strive to enable our teams to execute our services differently. That leads to better insights, higher quality audits, and — ultimately — greater confidence in the capital markets.

I believe building a better working world is also about supporting the communities where we live and work — and using our knowledge and expertise to give back. I try to do that in Toronto (where I reside) by acting as the Co-Chair of the Sinai Health System Audit and Risk Management Committee, and as a board member.”
