Yasir is a senior vice president in the US Health Care Investment Banking practice. He has 15 years of corporate business development, investment banking and transaction advisory experience, primarily in health care services, medical technology and diagnostics.
Prior to joining EYCA, Yasir held M&A/business development roles at global medical technology companies and a health care distributor, where he led the execution of M&A and other strategic transactions. Earlier in his career, Yasir worked in investment banking and transaction advisory services.
Yasir holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from University of Dallas, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mehran University. He is currently pursuing the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
